City of Canning – Phase Two Chamber Vision Upgrade

Redfish undertook the Phase Two upgrade within the council chamber, installing new screens, a drop down projector screen and upgraded HD projectors. Additional a new traffic light based timing systems was installed.

City of Canning - Phase Two Chamber Vision Upgrade

The City of Canning is located in Perth's south-eastern suburbs, about 10 kilometres from the Perth CBD and covers a total of 65 square kilometres. The original inhabitants of the Canning area were the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation. Later, from 1829, European settlement in the area was based around farming, market gardening and timber milling. Now, the City consists of a diverse and multicultural population.

 Redfish Technologies undertook the Phase Twoupgrade of the council chambers, installing two new HD projectors, a custom designed drop down screen, two large screen HD screen in the gallery area all controlled from an iPad control systems.
Additionally a collaboration systems was installed allowing participate from within the chamber to connection any device to the vision systems to present on the screens.



This installation consisted of:
  • Kramer Connect pro
  • Kramer K-touch control system
  • Kramer Vision Matrix and distribution units
  • 2 x Samsung HD Displays
  • 2 x Epson HD Projectors
  • 1 x Custom Motorised Drop down Projector Screen
  • 1 x Traffic light Control system
