Stuart is widely recognised as a subject matter expert within the justice sector from previous roles with courtroom digital recording vendors, and with well known AV integration organisations.  Stuart has over 15 years’ experience within the justice,  parliament, local government and law enforcement sectors which included significant installations within the Australian, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, Canada and the UK. Stuart has a wide and diverse skill set, being able to manage projects on all levels, has extensive AV and IT understanding that encompasses audio and visual solutions, acoustic and speech intelligibility design and multi-channel evidential based digital recording solutions. Stuart is a specialist in project management and progressive solution design.  Having core knowledge of B2G operations enables Stuart to provide core understanding towards any systems design, ensuring that the specialist installation and support required for mission critical environments, is delivered on time and within budget. Stuart has had widespread experience in providing detailed consultancy, design services and installation of audio visual systems and solutions to the justice, local government, parliamentary and law enforcement sectors. As the Managing Director of the business, Stuart has driven Redfish since its inception, building the portfolio and undertaking numerous projects in the Local, State & Federal government Australian spheres.  He has also been instrumental in expanding the business into the Asia Pacific region, working with justice departments and legislative bodies to enhance and modernize the audio visual and recording systems within those countries.

David has over 30 years’ experience in engineering fields related predominantly to the delivery of digital audio and video recording systems and associated audio/visual and ICT room integration. This extends from project workflow assessment through to design, specification, system delivery, commissioning and client training. David has delivered large international justice based projects over a long career in the industry.

David has extensive knowledge in project management services, and has delivered these across a range of industry clients both domestic and internationally with key experience in Judicial, Legislature, Hearing room and Law Enforcement environments.  These include multiple federal and state based Australian agencies, Hong Kong Judiciary, Singapore Judiciary, Mauritius and New Zealand whole of country projects

David’s experience extends to the delivery of software development projects incorporating hardware integration and whole system deployment. Further experience has been gained in support structure planning and management with on-going client liaison services for long term project assessment of success metrics.

Arthur operates as a technical advisor to Redfish Technologies helping our team deliver rapid strategic CCTV & security design. With over 30 years experience in the security industry, working as a consultant and manufacture industry specialist, there is not much that Arthur has not come across.  Arthur is well regarded in the industry and has been previously engaged on large federal and state wide development for security solutions across the country and worldwide.

Arthur is also a Fellow within the new ASIAL Individual Professional Recognition Program an organisation in which he actively participates and provides mentoring to new members in all aspects of CCTV and Security.

Morgan has over 35 years’ experience in electrical, audio visual and systems installations. Morgan is a rarity in the industry, with extensive experience in new, and existing buildings, he is rapidly able to assess and implement the most appropriate methodologies for installation and setup.  Morgan has a strong skill set in leading other engineers and ensuring projects are implemented correctly according to the design. He is accomplished installation engineer at all levels and extremely effective at fit off and rack design/implementation. His commissioning skills make him an invaluable member of the Redfish team, being able to quickly setup a room and commission all equipment to a working level.

Morgan is an accredited ACMA open cabler, security installer (CCTV and access control) along with being a recognise lighting design engineer.

In Morgan spare time he is accomplished house renovator and is well regarded as a professional audio & lighting engineer in music and hospitality venues throughout Western Australia.

Diego is a well-rounded senior client support & post installation commissioning engineer.  His skill in client relationships and ensuring optimum support pre or post installation is second to none. Diego has a huge skill set that is broad based in audio visual installation, commissioning and fault finding. He also accomplished QSC (Lvl 1 & 2), Biamp, Kramer & Crestron systems programmer with a strong knowledge in networking and ICT systems.  Able to determine faults and issues very quickly Diego leads our support team in ensuring strong client support.

Diego is multi lingual and able to communicate at all levels.

In his spare time Diego investigates new technologies and methods of operations.  he is often found tinkering with new way to make a system operate or new equipment.  His passion is for music and lighting and has over 20-years’ experience with live audio and installation of sound and vision projects, in music and hospitality venues throughout Western Australia.

Scott′s has a passion for high quality audio that started over 30 years ago. This passion has evolved into one of the most respected audio system design consultants currently working within Australia.

Scott developed considerable experience and design knowledge by serving in the position of Master Technical Trainer for the Australian Biamp Systems distributor over a 7-year period.  Scott was the sole certified instructor for Biamp systems and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) products across Australia, New Zealand and Asia during this time.   Scott trained, certified over five hundred people in Biamp Systems and DSP products, which also included extensive review of design systems and articulating best practice design principles for many thousands of audio visual installations.

This deep understanding of audio system design makes Scott a subject matter expert when it comes to audio design, consultancy, programming, system commissioning and services associated with high quality audio DSP design. Scott has perfected the art of excellent sound intelligibility design within a room, enabling excellent reproduction of the rooms audio including recording, video and teleconferencing integration.

Scott has been sponsored previously by speacific federal agencies for ASIO accredited baseline security clearance, which has enabled work to be undertaken in sensitive and classified sites when required.
